What Counts as a WABA?

A WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) is one registered WhatsApp number for one business. Each client typically needs 1 WABA.

WABAs are billed in slots of 3. Your first WABA opens a slot at $10/month and covers you up to 3. The 4th WABA opens a second slot, and so on.

Additional Costs to Know

  • Meta conversation fees — charged directly by Meta based on message category (marketing, utility, authentication, service). These are separate from WasapFlow's fee.
  • Stripe processing fee — a flat $0.31 per invoice is added to cover card processing on your monthly payment to WasapFlow.

Pricing FAQ

Do I pay per message or per WABA?
Neither, exactly — you pay per slot. One slot is $10/month and holds up to 3 active WABAs. There is no per-message charge from WasapFlow. Meta separately charges conversation fees based on your clients' messaging volume.
What if a client cancels? Do I still pay?
Deregister the WABA via your dashboard or API. If that drops you into fewer slots, your bill falls at the next cycle — for example going from 4 active WABAs back to 3 takes you from $20 to $10. Slots freed mid-cycle are not refunded for the days already paid.
Is there a minimum number of WABAs I must have?
No minimum, and an account with zero WABAs costs nothing. Your first WABA opens a $10 slot; after that you buy capacity 3 WABAs at a time. No upfront commitment.
Can I resell at any price I want?
Yes, completely. You set your own pricing to your clients. Whether you charge RM50, RM89, or RM200 per WABA per month — that's your business decision. WasapFlow only charges you $10 per 3 WABAs.
How is payment collected?
Via Stripe. You save a card first, then your subscription starts the moment you connect your first WABA — the $10 is charged that day and your monthly cycle runs from that date. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
What currency is billing in?
USD ($10 per 3-WABA slot, per month). Stripe handles currency conversion automatically if your card is in MYR or other currencies.
